Mark’s mission since age 17 has been to help people understand each other. He does it by building research companies, teaching, organizing communities/associations, producing conferences, storytelling, songwriting, performing music, and by making work that’s human-first.
Mark has conducted thousands of workshops around the world in-person and online. He has taught subjects as diverse as; mystery shopping; use of mobile ethnography for understanding customers; defining metrics and creating analytic workflows for CX success; finding the story in unstructured data; setting up and managing global communities, and more.
A frequent speaker among the research, AI and CX circuits, Mark has also enjoyed a decade as an adjunct professor with MBA classes on entrepreneurship.at University of Georgia, Kennesaw University, Georgia State University, and Georgia Tech.
